*These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Rebate Program (“Program”) offered by The Shyft Group USA, Inc. d/b/a Spartan RV Chassis (“Spartan RV”). Current owners of 2016 or newer Entegra Class A diesel RVs will receive a discount or cash deposit on the purchase of an eligible Newmar RV, subject to these Terms. By entering (or otherwise participating in) the Program, you agree to these official rules, which are a binding contract, so read them carefully before participating.
Eligibility
The Program is open only to (i) individuals who are legal residents and physically located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry, (ii) individuals who currently own a 2016 or newer Entegra Class A diesel RV, and (iii) individuals who purchase an Eligible RV (as defined below). Employees, officers and directors of Spartan RV and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries (collectively, the “Rebate Parties”), their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Program or receive a rebate. You acknowledge that Spartan RV may revise the eligibility criteria without notice.
An “Eligible RV” means a new in-stock or special-ordered Newmar RV on a K2 or K3 Spartan RV chassis purchased or ordered through an authorized dealer between November 7, 2026 and February 28, 2027. Retail sold orders placed with Newmar before November 7, 2026 do not qualify.
How to Enter
Individuals will need to provide a participating dealer with proof of purchase (such as an invoice) or retail sold order, proof of ownership of a 2016 or newer Entegra Class A diesel RV, and the Entegra VIN for the rebate to apply. Participating dealers will collect these eligibility materials and submit them to Newmar. Spartan RV will validate the prior Entegra vehicle and owner eligibility before final approval of the rebate. Subject to Spartan RV’s validation, participating dealers will apply the rebate as a discount or cash deposit, depending on each dealer, to a purchase of an Eligible RV.
Promotion Period
Individuals must purchase an Eligible RV between November 7, 2026 and February 28, 2027.
Rebate
The rebate is limited to one (1) per individual. The rebate cannot be combined with any other Spartan or Newmar discount or rebate.
The rebate amount depends on which Spartan RV chassis the Eligible RV is on, as illustrated below.

General Terms
The Program is void where prohibited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Spartan RV may in its discretion change these Terms or any aspect of the Program, at any time without notice to you. If any change to these Terms if found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any revisions constitute your acceptance of the Terms. Spartan RV may terminate your participation in the Program at any time in its sole discretion. Spartan RV may also suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice to you. Spartan RV’s failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not a constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
Releases
All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Program, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Rebate Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with these Terms.
